About our Center

Located on State Route 24, approximately 2 miles west of the interestion of Routes 206 and 24, Music Together of Chester's studio is a bright, beautiful, welcoming space situated on the campus of the Church of the Messiah.  Please cllick on "Locations" to the left for directions, map, and address information.

Music Together of Chester is a licensed Music Together^® center, founded to help families rediscover the pleasure and educational value of informal music experiences. Rather than emphasize traditional music performances, the Music Together program encourages family participation in spontaneous musical activity occurring within the context of daily life. Our center recognizes that all children are musical and that every child needs a stimulating, supportive music environment to achieve basic competence in the wonderful human capacity for music-making.

Music Together of Chester also hosts periodic special events for enrolled families, including family drum circles facilitated by Cynthia and her friend and collegue, African Master Drummer Maxwell Kofi Donkor.
